Ashton Education a Vancouver-based company specializing in the development of post-secondary career programs and courses is currently seeking Program Specialists to respond to queries regarding various programs and courses offered mainly online. Each Program Specialist will be required to have a thorough understanding of a variety of educational offerings developed by Ashton Education for the post-secondary education sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the programs developed by Ashton Education
- Review and understand the career opportunities available for graduates of each of the programs including relevant statistical data relating to job locations, income potential and career growth
- Utilize the existing CRM system to input relevant data and produce reports as required
- Provide the marketing team with relevant information concerning program enquiries
- Write informational articles on programs for marketing purposes
- Communicate with interested parties regarding program information via email, text and telephone
- Participate in video recordings, trade shows, conferences and other events as required
- Compile reports and share feedback documents as required
- Promote generally the benefits of the programs wherever possible
Education and Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or similar
- 3-5 years relevant work experience
- At least three years of experience in online customer support

- Highest level of written and spoken English
- Above average online research skills

- Above average interpersonal skills
