delivering high-quality technical support and network solutions to our diverse client base. We are
currently seeking a motivated, self-starter IT Desktop Support Specialist Intern to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to client support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Perform proactive maintenance and follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution
- Set up, install, and configure hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet client needs and enhance service delivery
- Document procedures, solutions, and client interactions in our knowledge base
- Manage user accounts, including creation, updates, and access management
- Assist with purchasing and managing software licenses

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Computer Systems Technology, IT Operations,
Network Security, or related program - Strong understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience working with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Suite, Cisco Meraki, Unifi,
Sophos, ESET, Apple Business Manager - Previous experience supporting clients in Law Firms and Healthcare Organizations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
- Completion of IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Project+) is a strong plus
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
Compensation:
- $35.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
