RESPONSIBLITIES
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.
• Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, and risk management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them and acting as the key contact for the customer.
• Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed.
• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses and cash flow.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.
REQUIREMENTS
•5 years of experience in Project Management, working as Project Manager for Electrical power generation,manufacturing, contracting and distribution, ideally with North America.
•Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.
•Sound knowledge of Low & Medium Voltage switchgear and the market.
•Knowledge of Infor ERP, MS Projects, MS Office applications.
•Management experience in project execution, with strong, well-developed communication, influencing andcoaching skills.
•A PMP certification and Engineering degree in Electrical field.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Motion Control Solutions: (~2.2 Billion revenues) Constitutes products like gearing, bearings, couplings, and conveying components which are sold in a wide variety of markets including mater handling, oil & gas, beverage, and other industrial markets. Segment headquarters is based in Milwaukee, WI.
