Exam Administrator – Ashton Testing Centre
Ashton Testing Services administers a number of exams for a wide variety of organizations and institutions. We are looking for people who have exceptional communications and customer service skills, who thrive on organization, and pride themselves on being true professionals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Meet all exam requirements and complete certifications required by examining body
- Expected to be on site for all administrations of the exams
- Ensure proper test procedures for all examinations
- Communicate with technical support to deal with any issues for online examinations
- To arrange the proper room/computer setup for exams
- To confirm candidates have been properly identified
- To collect all materials at the completion of the exam
- Ensure a high degree of security for exams before and after administration
- Provide correct/compete documentation to Ashton Testing Services Coordinator for processing and return: Proctor time sheets, exam papers, sign in sheets etc.
- Work with proctors to ensure a seamless execution of exam process
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Desired qualifications and skills set:
- Some post-secondary education
- Strong communications skills verbal/written
- Strong computer Skills
- Highly Organized
- High degree of professionalism
- Independent worker
Convenient Downtown Location/Close to Burrard Sky train. Start Immediately.
Shift Times:
Tuesday to Saturday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
Rate: $17.60 per hour
